Cold roll-forming steel production line is the key project of the 12^th Five-year Plan for Jinan Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd. (Jigang), with a total asset of 315 million yuan for the first stage project. The four production lines are designed as following: 2000×16mm slitting line, φ189×16mm mill, LW1200×19mm mill and LW1500×16mm mill. The designed annual capacity is 300 thousand tons of products. World first-class mills and equipment are brought in for the key technical procedures to ensure stable and reliable quality and performance of products. The main products are including as follows: square steel tube and rectangular steel tube for structures, steel pipe for structures, steel sheet piling etc.. We can produce various kinds of materials of cold roll-forming steel hollow sections such as plain carbon steel, low-alloy and high-strength steel, corrosion-resistant, low temperature resistant, high temperature resistant, composite materials and other materials. The square and rectangular steel tubes are manufactured with 300×300mm and 19mm as a maximum size and a maximum thickness respectively.

The products are widely used in machinery manufacturing industries, including construction machinery, crane machinery, mining machinery, coal machinery, hydraulic machinery and so forth. The products are also used in steel structure projects such as airport terminal buildings, conference and exhibition center, sports stadiums, stations, bridge constructions etc., and other fields involving heavy vehicles, railway locomotives, environmental protection industry.
